My only minor critique is that more primary sources would strengthen the argument, but this doesn't detract from the overall quality. This will undoubtedly become a standard reference in the field.

I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect with Game C++ Programming: A Practical Introduction, but wow! It completely blew me away. The way the author explains graphics made everything click for me. I've been struggling with ai for years, and this book gave me the tools I needed. My favorite part was when they talked about simulation - it reminded me so much of my own experience with graphics. I've already recommended it to all my friends!
