While QuickStart Guide to Game Physics makes several valuable points about Game Physics, I found some aspects problematic. The author's treatment of Realism seems oversimplified, particularly when compared to Motion. That said, the sections on Realism are genuinely insightful and make the book worth reading despite its flaws. With some refinement in Collision Detection, this could be a truly outstanding work.

As a scholar in Game Physics, I found QuickStart Guide to Game Physics to be an exceptional contribution to the field. The author's approach to Game Physics is both innovative and rigorous, providing fresh insights that challenge conventional wisdom. Particularly noteworthy is the discussion of Unity, which offers a compelling framework for understanding Physics Engines. While some may argue that Rigid Body Simulation, the evidence presented is thorough and convincing. This book is essential reading for anyone serious about Game Physics.

I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect with QuickStart Guide to Game Physics, but wow! It completely blew me away. The way the author explains Unity made everything click for me. I've been struggling with Gravity for years, and this book gave me the tools I needed. My favorite part was when they talked about Game Development - it reminded me so much of my own experience with Physics Engines. I've already recommended it to all my friends!
