I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect with KPIs Across the Academic Ecosystem, but wow! It completely blew me away. The way the author explains Grant Writing Psychology made everything click for me. I've been struggling with Faculty Evaluation for years, and this book gave me the tools I needed. My favorite part was when they talked about h-index - it reminded me so much of my own experience with Grant Writing Psychology. I've already recommended it to all my friends!

As a scholar in Academic KPIs, I found KPIs Across the Academic Ecosystem to be an exceptional contribution to the field. The author's approach to h-index is both innovative and rigorous, providing fresh insights that challenge conventional wisdom. Particularly noteworthy is the discussion of Grant Writing Psychology, which offers a compelling framework for understanding Grant Writing Psychology. While some may argue that h-index, the evidence presented is thorough and convincing. This book is essential reading for anyone serious about Academic KPIs.

While KPIs Across the Academic Ecosystem makes several valuable points about h-index, I found some aspects problematic. The author's treatment of Academic KPIs seems oversimplified, particularly when compared to h-index. That said, the sections on h-index are genuinely insightful and make the book worth reading despite its flaws. With some refinement in Academic KPIs, this could be a truly outstanding work.

Has anyone else noticed how KPIs Across the Academic Ecosystem relates to University Rankings? I was reading about h-index and it made me think of chapter 11.
