I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect with The Responsible XR Playbook, but wow! It completely blew me away. The way the author explains XR Ethics made everything click for me. I've been struggling with XR Safety for years, and this book gave me the tools I needed. My favorite part was when they talked about Ethical Design - it reminded me so much of my own experience with Virtual Reality Ethics. I've already recommended it to all my friends!

As a scholar in Extended Reality, I found The Responsible XR Playbook to be an exceptional contribution to the field. The author's approach to Augmented Reality Development is both innovative and rigorous, providing fresh insights that challenge conventional wisdom. Particularly noteworthy is the discussion of XR Ethics, which offers a compelling framework for understanding Virtual Reality Ethics. While some may argue that Augmented Reality Development, the evidence presented is thorough and convincing. This book is essential reading for anyone serious about Extended Reality.

The Responsible XR Playbook is a comprehensive exploration of Extended Reality that manages to be both accessible to newcomers and valuable to experts. The book is divided into 5 sections, each building thoughtfully on the last. Part 4's discussion of Augmented Reality Development is particularly strong, with clear examples and practical applications. The diagrams and illustrations throughout help clarify complex ideas, and the chapter summaries are excellent for review. My only minor critique is that the pacing could be better, but this doesn't detract from the overall quality. This will undoubtedly become a standard reference in the field.

While The Responsible XR Playbook makes several valuable points about Augmented Reality Development, I found some aspects problematic. The author's treatment of XR Ethics seems oversimplified, particularly when compared to Ethical Design. That said, the sections on Immersive Technology are genuinely insightful and make the book worth reading despite its flaws. With some refinement in Extended Reality, this could be a truly outstanding work.

Has anyone else noticed how The Responsible XR Playbook relates to Ethical Design? I was reading about Responsible Innovation and it made me think of chapter 8.
