I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect with Game C++ Programming: A Practical Introduction, but wow! It completely blew me away. The way the author explains programming made everything click for me. I've been struggling with programming for years, and this book gave me the tools I needed. My favorite part was when they talked about graphics - it reminded me so much of my own experience with graphics. I've already recommended it to all my friends!

While Game C++ Programming: A Practical Introduction makes several valuable points about programming, I found some aspects problematic. The author's treatment of programming seems oversimplified, particularly when compared to ai. That said, the sections on ai are genuinely insightful and make the book worth reading despite its flaws. With some refinement in simulation, this could be a truly outstanding work.

Has anyone else noticed how Game C++ Programming: A Practical Introduction relates to ai? I was reading about ai and it made me think of chapter 4.
