I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect with Ray-Tracing Pocket Book (Paperback), but wow! It completely blew me away. The way the author explains 3D made everything click for me. I've been struggling with visual effects for years, and this book gave me the tools I needed. My favorite part was when they talked about visual effects - it reminded me so much of my own experience with 3D. I've already recommended it to all my friends!

As a scholar in ray tracing, I found Ray-Tracing Pocket Book (Paperback) to be an exceptional contribution to the field. The author's approach to graphics is both innovative and rigorous, providing fresh insights that challenge conventional wisdom. Particularly noteworthy is the discussion of 3D, which offers a compelling framework for understanding 3D. While some may argue that 3D, the evidence presented is thorough and convincing. This book is essential reading for anyone serious about ray tracing.

While Ray-Tracing Pocket Book (Paperback) makes several valuable points about graphics, I found some aspects problematic. The author's treatment of visual effects seems oversimplified, particularly when compared to graphics. That said, the sections on ray tracing are genuinely insightful and make the book worth reading despite its flaws. With some refinement in visual effects, this could be a truly outstanding work.
