Introduction to Blender Scripting in 20 Minutes: (Coffee Break Series) is a comprehensive exploration of Blender that manages to be both accessible to newcomers and valuable to experts. The book is divided into 3 sections, each building thoughtfully on the last. Part 1's discussion of Blender API is particularly strong, with clear examples and practical applications. The diagrams and illustrations throughout help clarify complex ideas, and the chapter summaries are excellent for review. My only minor critique is that some examples felt dated, but this doesn't detract from the overall quality. This will undoubtedly become a standard reference in the field.

As a scholar in Blender, I found Introduction to Blender Scripting in 20 Minutes: (Coffee Break Series) to be an exceptional contribution to the field. The author's approach to Blender API is both innovative and rigorous, providing fresh insights that challenge conventional wisdom. Particularly noteworthy is the discussion of automation, which offers a compelling framework for understanding Blender API. While some may argue that 3D scripting, the evidence presented is thorough and convincing. This book is essential reading for anyone serious about Blender.

While Introduction to Blender Scripting in 20 Minutes: (Coffee Break Series) makes several valuable points about Blender API, I found some aspects problematic. The author's treatment of 3D scripting seems oversimplified, particularly when compared to automation. That said, the sections on Python are genuinely insightful and make the book worth reading despite its flaws. With some refinement in Blender API, this could be a truly outstanding work.

I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect with Introduction to Blender Scripting in 20 Minutes: (Coffee Break Series), but wow! It completely blew me away. The way the author explains automation made everything click for me. I've been struggling with Blender for years, and this book gave me the tools I needed. My favorite part was when they talked about automation - it reminded me so much of my own experience with Blender API. I've already recommended it to all my friends!
