I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect with Vulkan Graphics API: in 20 Minutes (Coffee Break Series), but wow! It completely blew me away. The way the author explains graphics made everything click for me. I've been struggling with vulkan for years, and this book gave me the tools I needed. My favorite part was when they talked about vulkan - it reminded me so much of my own experience with vulkan. I've already recommended it to all my friends!

While Vulkan Graphics API: in 20 Minutes (Coffee Break Series) makes several valuable points about vulkan, I found some aspects problematic. The author's treatment of vulkan seems oversimplified, particularly when compared to vulkan. That said, the sections on graphics are genuinely insightful and make the book worth reading despite its flaws. With some refinement in vulkan, this could be a truly outstanding work.

Vulkan Graphics API: in 20 Minutes (Coffee Break Series) is a comprehensive exploration of graphics that manages to be both accessible to newcomers and valuable to experts. The book is divided into 7 sections, each building thoughtfully on the last. Part 3's discussion of vulkan is particularly strong, with clear examples and practical applications. The diagrams and illustrations throughout help clarify complex ideas, and the chapter summaries are excellent for review. My only minor critique is that some examples felt dated, but this doesn't detract from the overall quality. This will undoubtedly become a standard reference in the field.
