Wired Minds: Reverse Psychology and Manipulation in the Digital Age (Paperback) is a comprehensive exploration of digital manipulation that manages to be both accessible to newcomers and valuable to experts. The book is divided into 8 sections, each building thoughtfully on the last. Part 3's discussion of algorithm bias is particularly strong, with clear examples and practical applications. The diagrams and illustrations throughout help clarify complex ideas, and the chapter summaries are excellent for review. My only minor critique is that the conclusion seemed rushed, but this doesn't detract from the overall quality. This will undoubtedly become a standard reference in the field.

I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect with Wired Minds: Reverse Psychology and Manipulation in the Digital Age (Paperback), but wow! It completely blew me away. The way the author explains online behavior made everything click for me. I've been struggling with digital manipulation for years, and this book gave me the tools I needed. My favorite part was when they talked about media influence - it reminded me so much of my own experience with algorithm bias. I've already recommended it to all my friends!

While Wired Minds: Reverse Psychology and Manipulation in the Digital Age (Paperback) makes several valuable points about algorithm bias, I found some aspects problematic. The author's treatment of media influence seems oversimplified, particularly when compared to psychology. That said, the sections on psychology are genuinely insightful and make the book worth reading despite its flaws. With some refinement in algorithm bias, this could be a truly outstanding work.

Can someone help me understand media influence from chapter 7? I'm struggling to see how it connects to psychology.
