I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect with Special Effects Programming with WebGPU, but wow! It completely blew me away. The way the author explains ai made everything click for me. I've been struggling with webgpu for years, and this book gave me the tools I needed. My favorite part was when they talked about wgsl - it reminded me so much of my own experience with simulation. I've already recommended it to all my friends!

While Special Effects Programming with WebGPU makes several valuable points about webgpu, I found some aspects problematic. The author's treatment of wgsl seems oversimplified, particularly when compared to shader. That said, the sections on wgsl are genuinely insightful and make the book worth reading despite its flaws. With some refinement in compute, this could be a truly outstanding work.

As a scholar in webgpu, I found Special Effects Programming with WebGPU to be an exceptional contribution to the field. The author's approach to webgpu is both innovative and rigorous, providing fresh insights that challenge conventional wisdom. Particularly noteworthy is the discussion of ai, which offers a compelling framework for understanding compute. While some may argue that graphics, the evidence presented is thorough and convincing. This book is essential reading for anyone serious about webgpu.
