While Introduction to Blender Scripting in 20 Minutes: (Coffee Break Series) makes several valuable points about 3D scripting, I found some aspects problematic. The author's treatment of automation seems oversimplified, particularly when compared to 3D scripting. That said, the sections on automation are genuinely insightful and make the book worth reading despite its flaws. With some refinement in Blender, this could be a truly outstanding work.

I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect with Introduction to Blender Scripting in 20 Minutes: (Coffee Break Series), but wow! It completely blew me away. The way the author explains Blender API made everything click for me. I've been struggling with 3D scripting for years, and this book gave me the tools I needed. My favorite part was when they talked about 3D scripting - it reminded me so much of my own experience with Blender. I've already recommended it to all my friends!
