While WebGPU Compute makes several valuable points about wgsl, I found some aspects problematic. The author's treatment of wgsl seems oversimplified, particularly when compared to compute. That said, the sections on programming are genuinely insightful and make the book worth reading despite its flaws. With some refinement in wgsl, this could be a truly outstanding work.

I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect with WebGPU Compute, but wow! It completely blew me away. The way the author explains graphics made everything click for me. I've been struggling with ai for years, and this book gave me the tools I needed. My favorite part was when they talked about webgpu - it reminded me so much of my own experience with webgpu. I've already recommended it to all my friends!
