I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect with Inverse Kinematics Essentials, but wow! It completely blew me away. The way the author explains kinematics made everything click for me. I've been struggling with animation for years, and this book gave me the tools I needed. My favorite part was when they talked about kinematics - it reminded me so much of my own experience with animation. I've already recommended it to all my friends!

While Inverse Kinematics Essentials makes several valuable points about inverse kinematics, I found some aspects problematic. The author's treatment of skeletal seems oversimplified, particularly when compared to skeletal. That said, the sections on inverse kinematics are genuinely insightful and make the book worth reading despite its flaws. With some refinement in kinematics, this could be a truly outstanding work.
