While Data Visualization+Blender/Scripting/Python All-in-One (Paperback) makes several valuable points about 3D graphics, I found some aspects problematic. The author's treatment of animation seems oversimplified, particularly when compared to 3D graphics. That said, the sections on Python are genuinely insightful and make the book worth reading despite its flaws. With some refinement in open-source tools, this could be a truly outstanding work.

I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect with Data Visualization+Blender/Scripting/Python All-in-One (Paperback), but wow! It completely blew me away. The way the author explains Blender scripting made everything click for me. I've been struggling with open-source tools for years, and this book gave me the tools I needed. My favorite part was when they talked about 3D graphics - it reminded me so much of my own experience with Data visualization. I've already recommended it to all my friends!

Data Visualization+Blender/Scripting/Python All-in-One (Paperback) is a comprehensive exploration of Data visualization that manages to be both accessible to newcomers and valuable to experts. The book is divided into 3 sections, each building thoughtfully on the last. Part 3's discussion of 3D graphics is particularly strong, with clear examples and practical applications. The diagrams and illustrations throughout help clarify complex ideas, and the chapter summaries are excellent for review. My only minor critique is that some examples felt dated, but this doesn't detract from the overall quality. This will undoubtedly become a standard reference in the field.
