While WebGPU API Games: Practical Guide makes several valuable points about webgpu, I found some aspects problematic. The author's treatment of webgpu seems oversimplified, particularly when compared to ai. That said, the sections on javascript are genuinely insightful and make the book worth reading despite its flaws. With some refinement in javascript, this could be a truly outstanding work.
