I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect with JavaScript is NOT a Toy, but wow! It completely blew me away. The way the author explains javascript made everything click for me. I've been struggling with javascript for years, and this book gave me the tools I needed. My favorite part was when they talked about simulation - it reminded me so much of my own experience with javascript. I've already recommended it to all my friends!
